Best Way of Reaching Me: Email
The reason I chose to specialize in marriage and couples counseling is….:

About 15 years ago I was planning on law school. Then I heard a tape by marital expert and researcher John Gottman. That changed everything and I knew then I wanted to work with couples. I wasn't married at that time, but in observing family and friends it just seemed to be luck of the draw that made for a good marriage. We know now a lot of what makes a marriage work, how to heal many of the "bad" marriages, and how to help the rest of them grow! I love being a part of that process.

What you most enjoy about working with couples is….:

Seeing relationships change for the better! It is immensely rewarding. At the same time, I also enjoy working with couples who are in the thick of it, as it were. Not every couple is able to heal their relationship but I am always honored to be a part of their efforts.

Are there kinds of couples or issues that you work with a lot?:

I see a lot of couples with sexual concerns (e.g., satisfaction, desire, sexual dysfunctions). I also work with a lot of couples who are feeling lonely or disconnected in their relationships.

What are the steps to becoming a client in my practice?:

Contact me directly via email or phone (I'm usually able to respond to emails more quickly).
