Best Way of Reaching Me: Phone or Email is Fine
The reason I chose to specialize in marriage and couples counseling is….:

Intimate relationships are such a fundamental and important part of our day to day lives and therefore have a huge effect on our mental health and well being. Having a satisfying relationship is so important and integral to stress management and overall coping.

What you most enjoy about working with couples is….:

Even though couples issues are extremely complex and sessions can get tense, I find it very rewarding to help people work through conflict and find new ways of communicating. I truly enjoy helping couples find new ways of hearing each other from new perspectives and being there as "translator" to breakthrough longstanding repetitive cycles.

Are there kinds of couples or issues that you work with a lot?:

I work with all issues that arise in relationships from basic communication problems and management of conflict and perpetual problems to more complex issues arising from history of trauma, affairs and significant mental health or substance abuse issues in one or both partners.

What are the steps to becoming a client in my practice?:

Get in touch with me by email or phone and I will set up a brief phone consult where I tell you more about how I approach couples therapy and the various services offered and get a first appointment set up.
