Best Way of Reaching Me: Phone or Email is Fine
The reason I chose to specialize in marriage and couples counseling is….:

It's something I have always been interested in and wanted to do. People are such rich beings.

Of course, it's challenging, but I like that. Take for example that curious quote supposedly attributed to a Buddhist Monk: "The most difficult thing is another person." But it's also fulfilling.

What you most enjoy about working with couples is….:

Seeing when people come to their own "aha moments," or even when they just soften or can't help breaking into a smile when looking at each other.

Are there kinds of couples or issues that you work with a lot?:

Most people say they have "communication issues." But that is just what seems to be going on. It really points to deeper things. But it does point to a sense of disconnect that people feel. And above all, couples want to feel happily connected again.

Other issues (sometimes related) include trust, trauma, and substance use.

What are the steps to becoming a client in my practice?:

Take a step and give me a call or send me an email through my website. After connecting and sharing some basics, if it feels like we would be a good fit, you can take the next step and set up a time to meet.
