Best Way of Reaching Me: Phone or Email is Fine
The reason I chose to specialize in marriage and couples counseling is….:

my belief in the importance of a supportive, nurturing romantic partnership in a person's life.
I decided to become a couple's therapist even before I got married. My parents had a good working partnership but I didn't think they had enough romance in their life. Being in a good relationship helps us grow individually and professionally. It improves physical and emotional health; It also has a ripple effect on the entire family.

What you most enjoy about working with couples is….:

watching them becoming skilled in expressing themselves and asking for what they need from their partner. They become more responsive to their partner, resolve their conflict, and show more zeal for life. Simply, they become better at loving and compromising and are so much happier. It's thrilling to see how couples on the brink of divorce reclaim their love for one another and forgive one another. It's almost like witnessing a resurrection and what can be more galvanizing than that?!

Are there kinds of couples or issues that you work with a lot?:

Most of my couples come in because of "communication problems," that is the inability to resolve conflict, increase intimacy and friendship. I also work with many couples who are trying to decide if they should stay together or not. The third most common issue that I work with is healing from betrayals and affairs. For the latter, I almost exclusively use Gottman Method Couples Therapy.

What are the steps to becoming a client in my practice?:
