Best Way of Reaching Me: Phone or Email is Fine
The reason I chose to specialize in marriage and couples counseling is….:

Healthy relationships are the cornerstone of well being, and the health of a marriage or committed relationship has far reaching effects on every aspect of our lives and our children's lives. To have a positive and powerful impact on this most sacred relationship is an honor and privilege for me.

What you most enjoy about working with couples is….:

Couples work is dynamic. It is vulnerable. It is alive and in the room. And breakthroughs happen right before your eyes. Working with couples inspires me everyday.

Are there kinds of couples or issues that you work with a lot?:

I have advanced training in EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), as well as Discernment Counseling, AEDP, and Interpersonal Neurobiology. I work most often with couples who either struggle with a lack of connection, recovering from a rupture in the relationship, and/or couples who want to escape from the destructive patterns that keep them in a negative cycle with one another. I am also a certified facilitator of the Prepare-Enrich assessment, which address pre-marital concerns.

What are the steps to becoming a client in my practice?:

The first step will be for us to have a brief conversation over the phone, so that you can tell me generally what's going on that is bringing you to therapy. At that point we can decide together if it sounds like I am the right fit for you. We can then work out the details of setting up an initial appointment.
