Best Way of Reaching Me: Phone or Email is Fine
The reason I chose to specialize in marriage and couples counseling is….:

I believe that marriage is one of the most exciting, enriching and challenging relationships we experience in our life. I find it incredibly gratifying to provide a venue for couples to learn about themselves and each other, to better understand the relationship, and to continue to grow into their best selves in the context of their relationship.

What you most enjoy about working with couples is….:

I most enjoy helping instill hope with my couples that we will find a new place of understanding and compassion, which leads to changed behaviors and new experiences of each other.

Are there kinds of couples or issues that you work with a lot?:

I have worked with a range of couples from pre-marital, newlyweds, to couples with long term relationships. Most often, the issue "presented" is communication, however, with understanding human behaviors, we find the real issues are about unmet needs and deeply hurting hearts from disconnection.

What are the steps to becoming a client in my practice?:

Initial contact through phone, text or email is the best way to begin. We will discuss logistics, fees, insurance reimbursement, etc., and then determine the best time to meet. The initial meeting is the couple, then I hold an individual session for each person to get to know each individual better, then we resume conjoint sessions thereafter.
