Best Way of Reaching Me: Phone or Email is Fine
The reason I chose to specialize in marriage and couples counseling is….:

I chose to specialize in marriage, couples and family work because life is hard. Life can be demanding, difficult and draining. Relationships of all kinds are at risk. I think couples and families need support to navigate today's issues of juggling careers, kids, finances, household responsibilities and at the end of the day, their own, intimate relationships. I can help to re-frame some of the stress and offer a safe environment to be heard and process. I not only offer hope, but also a positive, strength based, client/couple centered approach and every time I work with couples, I am beyond grateful for the trust they place in me.

What you most enjoy about working with couples is….:

There are really SO many things I enjoy about working with couples. One of the BEST is being one part of the puzzle to helping a couple live a more healthy, balanced and joyful relationship. To observe the changes that can and do occur are amazing and I am honored to witness such change!

Are there kinds of couples or issues that you work with a lot?:

The majority of issues that I tend to work with include communication breakdowns, parenting, domestic violence, trauma and high conflict.

What are the steps to becoming a client in my practice?:

Contact me via phone call, text or email. I try to return messages as soon as possible, but please allow up to 24 hours. Once insurance is confirmed, I ask for some general information to ensure I am a fit for the situation. If it's a fit, we then get your first session scheduled. I email the intake paperwork so it can be completed beforehand. I send a confirmation text, call or email the day before your appointment. Then we meet and begin the journey of marriage therapy!
