Best Way of Reaching Me: Phone or Email is Fine
The reason I chose to specialize in marriage and couples counseling is….:

People who know me know that I have always been blessed with the gift to see the best in others and for helping spouses see the best in each other as well. After a first counseling session, nearly every husband and wife tell me how amazed they are that I am able to understand each of their very different perspectives and that I have a gift for helping them feel comfortable when working on challenging marriage issues. Even husbands who “never share their feelings” feel comfortable telling me this after the first session! This leads to couples feeling so much hope that I can help them through their relationship struggles, and the couples I work with have tremendous success working with me.

What you most enjoy about working with couples is….:

As a marriage counselor I most enjoy those moments where two people who love each other, but can’t seem to communicate it without causing hurt or misunderstanding, learn how to really connect on the level they always wanted to. And the amazing thing is that this happens in nearly every couples therapy session! So I very much love what I do. And watching couples being successful together and healing from past hurt is about as rewarding a career as I could possible imagine!

Are there kinds of couples or issues that you work with a lot?:

I am really good at helping the following types of marriage struggles:
    -communication struggles
    -arguing and conflict
    -disconnection and loneliness
    -healing from infidelity/affair
    -pornography habit or addiction
    -regaining lost trust
-in need of affair-proofing a marriage
-couples unsure if their marriage can be saved
-couples where one spouse has a drastic change in their faith/religion
-couples where one spouse is emotionally closed off to the other

What are the steps to becoming a client in my practice?:

If you are ready to have a newly “happy-again marriage”, feel free to:
    -call/text me at (801) 505-0404
    -email me at mountainviewfamilycounseling.com
