Best Way of Reaching Me: Phone or Email is Fine
The reason I chose to specialize in marriage and couples counseling is….:

Growing up, we were exposed to and involved in many relationships and it's possible we haven't learned everything we need to know about how to nurture a healthy and satisfying relationship with our partner. The relationships that were modeled to us by our parents, relatives, and friends, may or may not have been healthy models. In a serene and comfortable setting, we will work together to help you appreciate your relationship's strengths and to gently navigate through its vulnerabilities.

As an enthusiastic couples therapist, I am committed to excellence and integrity. I participate in ongoing professional development and post-graduate workshops and trainings throughout the year. Supporting couples and families as they develop and resolve obstacles so they may reach their full potential, accomplish their goals, and lead a more fulfilling life is a true gift. Thank you for considering me a resource in your relationship.

What you most enjoy about working with couples is….:

Working with couples is one of my professional passions; seeing a couple's relationship evolve into one with more meaningful interactions, deeper connections, and tools to work through the difficult times is one of the most rewarding aspects of our work together.

Are there kinds of couples or issues that you work with a lot?:

During our work together you will discover and nurture your strengths, challenge your beliefs or behaviors that are no longer helpful, gain awareness and empowerment, and resolve experiences that could be causing you pain or are holding you back. I offer an individualized approach tailored to meet your specific needs to help you reach your full potential so you may experience the satisfying relationship you desire.

The methods I use during couples counseling is designed to help teach specific tools to deepen friendship and intimacy in your relationship. To help you productively manage conflicts, you will be given methods to manage problems and gridlocked (or perpetual) issues. I have a passion for working with couples who have encountered infidelity, relationship dissatisfaction, communication issues, and parenting differences.

What are the steps to becoming a client in my practice?:
